Fez “Moks” (Rent)

In Moks, a village-town in Western Armenia, Armenian women’s headdresses were tall fezes which were often decorated with precious coins. The “Moks” wedding headdress is inspired by the taraz from Western Armenia, and if in taraz the fez was decorated with colorful stones, then in this case it is completely white, in order to complement the image of the bride.
